REFUND / RETURN POLICY

At Camela Camel Milk, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Perishable items, including camel milk, cannot be returned once opened due to health and safety regulations.
  • Subscription orders are non-refundable once shipped, but you may cancel future orders before the next billing cycle.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@camelacamelmilk.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).
  • If the refund does not appear within the expected timeframe, please check with your payment provider.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscription customers may cancel their next shipment at any time before the billing date.
  • If a subscription order has already been processed and shipped, it is non-refundable.
